FoodTruck Payment and Refund Notice
Customers browse for free. FoodTruck Business sells digital operator subscriptions through Apple In-App Purchase.
Pickup requests
Pickup requests are request-only. Customers pay trucks directly outside the iOS app. Food quality, pickup timing, menu availability, and truck payment questions should be resolved with the truck.
Business access
FoodTruck business tools for operators and drivers require an active Apple subscription. Users can subscribe and restore purchases in FoodTruck Business.
Subscription cancellation
Operators can manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple account subscription settings. Unless Apple or applicable law requires otherwise, access continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
Monthly subscriptions can be canceled any time before the next monthly renewal. Annual subscriptions can be canceled any time before the next annual renewal; access remains available through the paid annual term.
Subscription refunds
Subscription fees are not prorated or refunded by default after a billing period has started. FoodTruck may approve a refund when there is a duplicate charge, billing error, unauthorized charge, unresolved service access failure, or another reason required by law.
Refund requests for Apple In-App Purchase subscriptions are handled through Apple. FoodTruck may help review service access issues for support context.
Refund timing
After Apple approves a refund, Apple and the customer's bank or card issuer control when the credit appears.
